DH and I let our Costco membership go because with all the kids gone we can't use the large bulk items anymore. What I miss the most is the tenderloins! Pork or beef tenderloins.

So much cheaper to buy whole then trim and cut yourself. I could afford to have filet mignon for a whole dinner party! Well a small dinner party anyway. The pork tenderloins I would smoke slightly and then slow BBQ till the meat fell apart. Shoot now I'm hungry!

What we do is buy those bulk items at costco and then put everything in the freezer, there are a few items that don't freeze well. But pretty much eveything can go into a freezer including bread and milk.

SUCCESS! both of my corned beefers were AMAZING! one of them i could barely get out of the crockpot because it shredded into a hundred peices everytime i poked it. SO JUICY. yumyumyumyumyumyum!!!!

all that's left is some chard that I used as ornamental garnish. My guests tore this kitchen apart!
