Sunny all of the AMs in this hatch are blue so far. I was kind of hoping for a splash, but this is cool.
My Marans are hatching and my OEs, but still no Cubas. Went to the poultry show in Turlock today and ends up that the lady Bill and I have been dealing with at one of the feedstores is the person I've been trying to find for Cubas. Go figure! So I'm picking up a roo this week. I can't wait.
The GamexMarans chicks are coming out wheaten with clean legs and black with feathered legs. They are so cute. Too bad the roos are going to be going to freezer camp, but that was the whole purpose of the of the cross. Meat, eggs and broodies. I'm getting so many of them. Looks like my chicken buying days are done soon. I'll have my own in the freezer.
