(Of course, you ever notice how nobody posts pics of their 3-week old molty my-cute-chick-looks-vaguely-prehistoric birds?)

At that day-old age they're just so cuddly. Must be Nature's defense mechanism to keep folks from eating fluffer-peeps.

I'm selling my EE x ameraucana hatch. They are 2 months old and need a good home. Should lay very pretty blue/green eggs.

Carol the hatch is on target for this next tuesday. We had some BCMs that were non-starters but should still have the one or 2 you wanted for sure + a few extras.

Went to CAL today. They got another shipment in!!! All the chicks at the feed stores are killing me!

I think i am going to get a few Australorps. Maybe some Wyandottes. Who all has Wyandottes, and what do yall think of them?

I've had Wyandottes. Sweet birds, but you'll probably get more eggs from the Australorps (which, I understand, are a very docile and calm bunch)

I am for sure getting a few Australops, I was considering Wyandottes. maybe i'll wait and get some Wyandottes next year. I got rid of my really mean white leghorn, but my Barred Rock is still a bit aggressive. how to the Australops tolerate aggressive birds?
