New coops always mean new pics!!!

Right after a molt, it never seems like they need a bath before a show. I did have to wipe on down with a washcloth before though. Sheesh, you guys are making me feel al left out now.

Yep tyler Ive had to give a few of my chickens baths before. It is pretty easy and no matter how wild they are they al have seemed to enjoy it. Although I will say lacey is right, she looks soooooo clean with her new feathers! Im gonna have to dust for lice and mites this week though because im certain they have em and i havent dusted since summer.

heres some reminiscent pics from when i gave chuck her bath. she was the funnest and soaked up the attention. She needed the bath because she spent the entire night sleeping under another hen and got one of those massive gloopy turds all over her back.

all clean!


Ill try to get more baby pics today. They have wing feathers already. noooo!!!

Well that didn't look too bad (giving a chicken a bath)! Looks way easier than giving a cat a bath. That is not fun!
