We went down to the feed store today, after having some trouble with the heat lamp but fixing it anyway, and got our own little furry puffballs.

Those are the two ameraucaunas-one will be white when she grows up, the other I dunno.

Sorry but your ameraucaunas are acutally Easter Egger but on the bright side EE's are super good layers of eggs that can be green or blue or brown or white or? and have awesome unique colors

Congrats on the chicks!

Aubrey - I'm very interested in the chicken door closer now that John's going on the road for weeks on end and I'm working all sorts of crazy hours and won't be home to lock the chickens and ducks up. I agree with Missy and Sunny about the chicken dust and any exposed wires.

I want to say I had a great time with Missy and her great family yesterday. It's been way too long since we had a get-together.
