That's right - you missed the cookie swap!Congrats on the chicks!
Aubrey - I'm very interested in the chicken door closer now that John's going on the road for weeks on end and I'm working all sorts of crazy hours and won't be home to lock the chickens and ducks up. I agree with Missy and Sunny about the chicken dust and any exposed wires.
I want to say I had a great time with Missy and her great family yesterday. It's been way too long since we had a get-together.
That's right - you missed the cookie swap! We'll have to have another picnic or something this summer.![]()
I just love her so much!!!! Cant wait to help sponsor her!Sheryl, we had a blast, too! That was the best pot roast I've EVER eaten!
Sahara has been begging to do St. Baldrick's, an event where you volunteer to get your head shaved to benefit childhood cancer research. A client just sponsored her the minimum entry fee. If anyone is interested in seeing her donation web page, message me and I'll share it.

congrats! so cute. Never get tired of chick pictures. i will have to live vicariously through those of you with chicks this year. I did have my fair share last year, so I can't complain. Those are the two ameraucaunas-one will be white when she grows up, the other I dunno.
And the sex link:
(the sex link is goldilocks)
good luck on it! sounds like a great idea. Thanks for all the feedback guys! Everything you said was totally stuff I was thinking! I was skeptical about making something quality for so inexpensive but my friend certainly thinks it can be done and is confident that the ones on the market are ridiculously overpriced for what you're actually paying for. This is gonna be a really fun project I can't wait. Thanks all!!
they are so adorable. maybe i ordered seeds and soap just to get a chance to pet themRabbits! They'll be 3 weeks old tomorrow. Please excuse the messy kennel. Sahara is cleaning it out right now.
she has a great heart! I don't think there are many girls who would be willing to do that.Sheryl, we had a blast, too! That was the best pot roast I've EVER eaten!

Well chicharo is on his third round of antibiotics and still wheezing and gurgling. He was good for a few days during round 2 but then it started up again. Today is his 14th birthday. I'm hoping he can kick this respiratory infection to the curb and stay with me for a few more years.
