Yea their wings are clipped! They can still jump about 2 to 2&1/2 feet. I was afraid she jumped up into a bush and climbed over the fence that way but no, she was just hiding in the thicket of bamboo. Clipping their wings does make it easier for predators to get them though.

I only clip one wing and I don't cut very far up, you can see the change where the blood feathers are. Just don't clip any where near there.

Sorry I haven't been online in hours.... No, I don't know Rigel. I googled the information and apparently this is a ticketed event but I haven't found out the cost....will look further and let you know
