Just read the thread. That is terrible! The woman out and out lies! Going on and on about the quality of the picture not being good because of her twitch and the picture isn't even hers! That's horrible!

I would like to report that I have reported Cellie12345 for taking and using The Garry Farm Photo of our Easter Eggers without our Permission....We are a farm in Bowdon, GA that farms full time - here's our website http://freewebs.com/thegarryfarm/
We are also on facebook under The Garry Farm..... I have left messages for Cellie12345.

I'm only adding to this dialog because my easter eggers do belong to me and not Cellie and our farm is in Bowdon, Not Tickfaw or wherever. If you have any way of communicating with her, you should get a full refund of your eggs as her picture is false and the use of it constititues counterfeit under the terms of Ebay.

Sorry but I just need to clear up that those eggs are not ours that she sent to you! Please pm me if you have questions.

"This is the price you paid for the eggs and I will return this refund to you. I did reply to your message and offered to replace the 2 green ones, but you said you would rather keep them. When the ad was placed, my great grandaughter who helps me gather the eggs because I am disabled, helped me put in several ads. don't where she got the picture. I told her to look in the picturesfrom my camera and she came up with this one. Probably from the picture of eggs from one of the ebayers I bought eggs from, I don't know for sure, but it does look like one of our nests to me. I don't see as wel as I did when I was young. Why you waited until now when I already offered to replace the 2 green eggs and you said you would keep them, I don't understand your actions. Why would you wait so long to return eggs, you know would no longer be good for hatching? Dis you put them into your incubator? The picture was a mistake, but the discription is of a picture of eggs in a carton, not a nest. She is 6!"

What???? I dont know what a nest looks like there but the picture is what we call a nest here!! Then there is the watermark on the picture. clearly not hers. and to blame it on a six year old. that is low.

You did not offer to replace any eggs!
Bottom line is you took advantage of me. You offered eggs that you did not have.
The picture you p;osted in the auction is a nest NOT a carton. and it is NOT your nest It has someone elses name on it!!
I just found out what you did. That is why I did not say something earlier. But wrong is wrong. what you did was wrong.
I think I am entitled a full refund including shipping.
You miss repersented the eggs in the auction.
You used a picture of eggs you did not have. The eggs belong to someone else.

We will see what comes back but the seller seems to think they did nothing wrong. Amazing!!

Well here we have it.
I just got this from eBay

Good news! We issued you a refund of $17.49 on Mar 24, 2011 to the PayPal account you used to purchase this item. The refund includes the purchase price plus original shipping.

So there is justice. Well at least for me. I hope Bargain also gets justice as well. I feel bad that the seller used a picture that was not theirs to use. and i hope they learn a lesson from it and stop trying to cheat people.

I do know that she'll probably do it again to some unsuspecting person and try to cover her tracks better...)

From a curiousity standpont, are you incubating the eggs?

So glad you got your money back Rikoshe! That's justice.

I don't believe anything she says at this point. I doubt she is a senior with a 6 year old granchild doing her copy, in fact I'd give you even odds on whether she's even a SHE! Probably a 20 year old couple out to make a few bucks selling their neighbor's eggs!
