I guess we actually started something here! We had roasted garlic bread, salad, green beans & wine that my DH's Great Uncle made in Yerington. It was all really good.

Hi there, I'm new to BYC. I'm in Reno (Stead) and interested in getting some chickens next year. I was glad to discover that there are no city ordinance prohibiting chickens in Reno but I'm wondering if anyone knows if a permit is required to build a coop--mine would be 8x8 or less. I was searching around on the city of reno site and really couldn't find anything helpful. Thanks in advance. I was happy to find this thread of Nevadans.
