I do! Her name is ruby and I love her. She makes the funniest noises and has such a silly personality. She has grown back a good amount of feathers as well. My girls have not picked on her at all. She just needs a few more spots filled in and she will be good to go for winter!

Oh I see how it is! It almost made me cry when he had to go play for the Raiders! In fact the whole stadium was depressed on his last day.

Many of the employees were literally in tears! They showed concession workers etc, on the big screen, hugging him with tears rolling down their faces! He was a sweetheart of a guy as well as being an awesome football player!

When he came back to be honored I held up a huge sign that said...

Jerry come back! You can blame it all on us!
We were wrong and we just can't live without you!

It was a dark time in the history of The Stick. Even worse than when they let Ronnie Lott go who was the heart of that team! He kept everyone positive and upbeat! But all they cared about was stats!

So Ron you stayed a Raiders fan even when they moved to LA? Or is that when you became one?

That's when I became one. I couldn't stand the Lambs, er, Rams! We were ecstatic when we finally got a REAL football team down there!

She looks so much better. I love all the funny Cochin noises. My Cochin boys not doing much better yet he did eat (but he's a cochin and loves to eat) I wish someone lived out here and could take a look at him for me.

well, I didn't get anything more done on the coop today. I hope these afternoon rain showers move out of the area. I did get hardware cloth on the tops of my big brooder containers, though. tomorrow I should get the email saying my chicks have shipped.

Now you're picking on my other favorite team!

I know they stink (well except for a couple of years there) but when I was a little girl my Dad took me to my first football game and I saw the Rams play. We lived in So Cal then and I loved it! Might have been more related to the fact that my Dad worked some really long hours, so we kids didn't get to spend much time with him, but that was a very special memory for me but I will always have a soft spot in my heart for the Rams.

And yes, I have taken a LOT of... what's a nice BYC way to say this?... "razzing" from Niner fans over my love for the Rams. Steve and I had season tickets for the Niner games for many many years and it was a big part of our lives back then.

Tyler I'm glad your boy is still eating, that's good anyway. I wish I knew more about this kind of thing so I could be of some help!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I heard from Carol today (SparksNV)! I was getting really worried so I PMed her. She is doing a little better with the Meniere's disease. She has been extremely busy since the kids went back to school though and soccer has started back up. The fatigue and dizziness are still there but not as bad as before. She said she will stop in here to say Hi soon.
