Nevadans?

I managed to arrange my watering line and have now got almost all the fall vegatable seeds planted! Thank you Mandy for sharing!

I don't care for the heat but it sure helps the garden! My water bill is out of this world, but hey we wonderful produce and eggs!

Look forward to meeting others on this loop someday!

Woohoo on the fall planting! I'm waiting a couple more weeks, so it's not as difficult to maintain soil moisture for germination. I don't even WANT to see my water bill for Garden #2 until the whole harvest is in! Garden #1 has plastic mulch and an automatic timer, but #2 is going out every morning with a hose, dousing enough to keep squash going for another day.

So do you have a drip system set up under plastic?

It is alot of water.
Because we live outside of town our frost can be earlier than in town, thought I would plant now in hopes to avoid freezing temps, fall is approaching fast!

This is my first attempt at a fall garden...

Since I have an excess of manure during the winter planting bulbs might not work since we dump the excess right into the garden.
