Never did forced air before...help?

Ok, so I added a fan to my LG still air. The temp at the top of the eggs is about 100.3 and the middle says 99. Is that ok? Is humidity more of an issue with forced air? Whats the best way to get the best temp? Thermometer at top, middle or bottom? Thanks guys.

I only check my temps at the top of the egg my hova bator sits on 99-100 constantly every coupla days I add water to the 2 middle troughs come lock down I add water to another trough at the back of the bator this raise my humidity to 60%+
