Never work on an occupied coop in the morning

I can easily visualize the hens, having seen so many great photos of the red wattle gang. He picked a very busy time to install the door. I might have to get me one of those doors, too.

The door is handy for when we leave town. I can't expect the pet sitter to come at exactly dawn and dusk to shut the door. I do miss going out there, opening the door, and watching the gang doing a fast exit.
