New 6 week old silkie was observed yawning repeatedly...Gapeworm?

Hi all! My new silkie baby was "yawning" this morning. She did it repeatedly for a couple of minutes. She stretched her neck as she yawned. She seems to eat and drink just fine. In fact, after yawning, she got a drink and stopped the yawning. She's not lethargic or anything. Should I treat for gapeworms? I have some liquid Safeguard. How do I dose such a small chicken? Also, I got her little sister, a silkie that is approx. 4 weeks old too. Should I treat them both? They came from the same breeder.
