New additions

I went to see a guy about getting one or two Welsumer chicks and my wife went along.

The Welsummer I wanted

My wife wanted a Buff Cochin, which i guess is a good choice for a pet chicken

Oh yeah, I picked them up yesterday and I took the pics this morning.

They are supposedly 6 to 8 weeks old, but they look too small to me for that age.

Oh good! I was afraid by the way you said you wanted one and your wife wanted one that you had to decide between the two.

Well I had gone with the intentions of only getting the Welsummers and my wife liked the Buff Cochins so we got both. We also saw some japanese bantams both chicks and adults and they are cute. We will have to add some of those in the future.
