Thanks y’all for the warm welcome! Stopped by Lowe’s and found exterior mildew resistant paint (the brown) for 15$ and got the green for the trim.

I can’t wait to learn more and keep track of this and the house remodeling.

I like those colors. I hope you'll post pictures when your project is complete.
