    Hello!

I am super excited to be getting my silkie eggs in the mail tomorrow. I have been tinkering with our DIY incubator all day. I think i am very close to getting the temperature to be stabilized. I am having trouble trying to increase the humidity. Also I have a few questions.

I am going to be hand turning the eggs so i will be opening up the bator 3 times a day. The heat will escape in those moments. should i be worried about this? I am...

I am sure i will have more questions.

thanks in advance for your support.

    -Annette

Hi Annette the hand turning should be just fine. Be sure that your hands are very clean and free of lotions as you turn and you'll want to mark x on one of the sides so you can make sure you make total turns... Happy Hatching and have a blessed day. Nancy
