New Anti-Spam System

Hey I have been getting spam popping up when I have been on the forum this morning...first time i have ever seen here..

There's almost no way to 100% stop spam... heck, even companies with billions of $$ can't stop spammers (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, etc.)

So to a certain extent they will always show up from time to time. Thankfully the faster our members report the spammers' posts, the sooner we can get rid of them.

I haven't seen one since the changes

Sorry, I should correct myself to be more exact: Spammers that post are probably less than 0.4% of new members, and about 0.068% of new posts are spam. I bet your email account has a higher spam rate than that.

Never mind the ones we catch before you do see them at all.
Or the spammers in sheeps clothing.

The spam I saw was a in between our posting on the forum and it was for a car mmm, Toyoto I believe, isn't that what spam is advertisments , I didn't know it had to do with new members.. maybe I am reading this wrong,
