The first 3 don't look to be developing but the other 2 pictured there look good. As long as you can see veins they are still alive.
As for the air cell it should be fine, even though its in slightly the wrong place. Air cells can become loose or even completely detached if the egg gets bumped around (very common in shipped eggs).
