she's had a feather stuck to her comb for a good while now. dirt in her nostrils. and she still has paint on her.

There must be one in every flock! Rav loves to get crust/dusty too. This was during the beginning of a molt so it looks even worse, but like, shake the dirt off your feathers (and clean your beak!) please

the worms found the new compost and the chickens found the worms.

it was even nice enough for a sunbath!

until it rained.
but when it rained, the husband and i went and ordered all the building supplies
for
a
proper
flu
fort!

also! we moved the old gate out of the chicken run, so the husband mounted the camera to the wall properly for me (i just had it hanging off the gate before). i put a square planter sideways under it so the chickens could stand on it if they want to.
