NEW AT THIS......

My best guess is they overheated. I once put a 250 watt lamp above a Rubbermaid tub and put a thermometer on the floor of the tub. The thermometer exploded.
If it is warm there and they survive, they likely don't need any more heat, day or night.
I've had 3 week old chicks escape into the woods at dusk when overnight temps hit 50. I expected them not to survive. When morning came, they emerged from the woods running around the coop looking for mom.

Are they eating and drinking?

If not, try to tube some water into them. Mix some plain kefir with water and feed that too.
What other probiotics do you have?
