New Baby Chicks!!! Help!!!

Is there a thread that I can post pictures of ... chicks? I made a trip to the Tractor Supply Store today!

Big mistake! I now have 6 feather legged bantams ... that I think could be silkies? but not sure?

you can upload pics to your own page on byc. in the blue tool bar, click uploads, then locate the pic on your computer and follow instructions. you can then go the the uploaded pic and copy/paste url in any post you write.

Hurry!!! I'm looking for silkies! If TSC Has them, I'm making a trip!

ok ... 6 chicks ... and all have feather legs ... but different color patterns ...
chick 1 yellow ... but head is a very lite yellow ...

#2 is yellow all over

#3 is yellow with brown strips on it ...

Lots of gray (blue) small amount of yellow on face

#5 has opisite color patterns same as number 4 ... I love this one!

#6 ...
mostly black

I'm by no means an expert....but I thought silkies had dark feet and legs with 5 toes? Hopefully someone else will chime in soon

yea if they have five toes and black or dark skin they are silkies!
