New Bantam Roo or Hen?? Update with pic's!

What is "fibromelanosis" and is it good or bad?
No feathered leg's, she has 4 toes , the comb is what was throwing me off. None of my hens have big comb's like that.

I live in Georgia and I got her from a place called the Red Barn that sells all kinds of poultry. That place needs to be shut down. The conditions that these birds live in is horrid!! That is the main reason I bought her. I brought home another bantam and I am pretty sure it is a roo. He has a rose comb, some type of cornish cross I think. I have been trying to make up my mind if I want to take him back or keep him. He is sick and I didn't know this untile I got him home. He has some sort of rattle thing going on when he breaths sounds almost like a gurgle (sp), and he has mites so bad that it is unreal. He was suppose to be a she!
Sorry so long, I have been so stressed over these birds.
