OEG have single combs, but pics of them usually show them dubbed (cut off!) His legs don't look short enough to me to be Japanese, but I don't have either of those breeds. Looks more like an OEG bantam to me, but like I said, I am no expert!

just from closer look- does he have leg mites? i see some scales that look rised. maybe its just me. his legs look kinda flaky
