I added four more bantams to my flock yesterday. That puts me at 12, and I'm going to let these guys and girls grow up before I rehome any as necessary and tailor the flock to keep it balanced and happy. I hope, lol.

I've got another Porcelain d'Uccle in the first 2 pictures and another buff cochin in the second 2.

The next 2 birds, I'm unsure of. I believe the chick in the 3rd and 4th pictures is a cochin as well, but what color? Blue maybe?

Then the last 3 pictures, I have no idea. The chick is beautiful. It has clean, yellow legs with 4 toes. I believe it's got muffs. Comb type? Pea, maybe? I'm still not great at that. Hopefully the pictures can help the experts here. This chick has me totally baffled.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and help!

I've seen a lot of new bantam eggers on the market, so that would be my guess!
Egger was my thought as well. Her color struck me as soon as I saw her. She was the lightest chick in the bin. I thought at first some sort of light colored OEGB, but when I saw the muffs, I knew that wasn't it.

Thank you so much @Rhodebar Lover. Is this goofball a red cochin as well? I go back and forth between buff or red. She looks too dark for buff, but not dark enough for red, lol. This is Anne and she's 6 weeks old.

Also, how do you tell the difference between self blue and porcelain d'Uccle?

I believe that one is red. Porcelain d’Uccles have light buff/orange tones and eventually mottling. I’m seeing straight lavender on yours :)

Thank you so much! My cockerel, Gilbert, is 6 weeks now, and I believed he was a Porcelain d'Uccle, but he's very even toned, so I'm thinking he is probably self blue as well.

I would suspect he’s self blue. Keep an eye out for any warm coloration or mottling but I would expect much more of that by this age if he were porcelain :)

Thank you so much! So much to learn, lol.
