Charging some fee for the unwanted roosters helps eliminate them. You will also get inquiries from those that are looking for a free dinner - if that doesn't bother you.

Roosters are a dime a dozen. You can typically get $5.

If they want to eat them, and it is possible, require them to kill the birds before they take them. They will have to process them at once, but it will prevent any later on.
