New Born Chick - Neck Tucked, please help

Any suggestions appreciated.

A chick hatched about 2 hours ago, it seems he can't stretch out his neck, it's tucked to his chest and he's fighting to straighten it. Is there anything I can do for him??

Try a couple of drops of Poly Visol and couplf of times a day. Get the kind with NO IRON!
Should work really quick.
