They are handsome now that they're getting more feathers. The lighter blue boy is slightly smaller than the dark blue partridge who is sold already. But, I love the light, almost crystal-blue color on that lighter one. Heck, I love them all, really. I have someone who said she'd buy the entire "litter" that Brandy is raising, but I have to offer a trio to my long-waiting customer first. Then, the woman who is buying the dark blue partridge male would like a pullet to go with him. I hope I can accommodate both of them with the younger group. So, the other lady is on my waiting list for these now.

Must be a Dark Brahma thing. My own Dark gal, B.J., is the most food-motivated Brahma here.

Just look at this gorgeous little man I am holding until tomorrow for someone. He is going to be like his dad. The other blue partridge is lighter and slightly smaller.

He has some darn good foot feathering, doesn't he? She ought to be pleased with this one. He won't be so pleased, leaving his mom and siblings tomorrow. Maybe one leaving will start Thea snapping out of her broody spell. She's already thunking one of them on the head occasionally.

Oh, look, the Battle of the Blues! You can see the lighter shade of the one on the right. He's also not quite as round as the other guy. Which would be your choice if you had to pick one right now? The one on the left is sold going to a new home tomorrow, was supposed to be today.

The one that is sold is the best looking to me, after that I'd choose the lighter one if I had my pick.

I think most people would prefer the darker blue one. At this age, he is the best of the two.
