2 day old RIR's in new home from my homemade Bator. First time ever trying this. 61 year young daddy. It was amazing. I'm Hooked. Made the Brooder also.

I finally got a chance yesterday to check the eggs that did not hatch. I had 5 that looked like the babies that hatched. Fully formed with feathers. Completely formed. Is this just GODS work, or do you think it might be something i did. I never opened the homemade bator from day 18.
