Personally I think you’re making fast progress. My new coop took 8 months! Then another month to build the popway to connect the coop to the already in place run. Of course we had frequent breaks for physical reasons but, dang it seemed like forever! Hang in there you’re almost done!

Great progress! 1 question and i apologize if its stupid (I'm more of a mechanic than a carpenter) Your exterior sides.. Do you have plywood on them and then attaching the individual vertical slats to them or did you use a tool to create the look of the individual vertical boards?
