New butcher/processor in Upstate NY

Just some local info

With some help here I was able to find a new Amish butcher shop in Burke NY. They are near Chataguay in northern Clinton county.

Miller & Sons, 1146 Coveytown Road. 518-483-7607

They charge $2.50 for chickens and $4-8 for turkeys

Thanks for the information! I heard about this butcher but nobody seemed to know his name. Now I can get serious about raising meat birds!

Oooooh i never saw this and burke is only an hour away I think? Will have to look into this one...do we know if theres a minimum of how many birds? Thanks for info

I did get a hold of them and am taking my birds up on Wednesday (they do chickens on Wednesdays between 8 and 12 if I remember right.) I don't believe there is a minimum, I am taking 11 and the man I spoke to said it would take about an hour.
I forgot to ask how much it would be, not that it really matters, it needs to be done.
