New chick 12 hours old- seems sickly

This is chick number 4. The first 3 who hatched have successfully been transferred to their brooder. She has been hatched for 12 hours. She doesn’t seem as dried as the others especially for 12 hours. She has this lump in her bottom. I noticed after hatch she dragged around her egg with membrane still attached and it was attached to this area in her bum. She seems sickly and falls asleep while standing very often. She is not very active compared to the other chicks. Any advice??

Is that her belly button? I’m new to this as well but maybe the membrane didn’t detach from her bellybutton, that’s why she was dragging the egg around. It’s kinda hard to tell in the pictures though. Is the humidity in the incubator super high? After hatch I read that some chicks won’t dry off if the humidity is too high.
I think the falling asleep standing up is normal. My chicks do it all the time. Then their head kinda flops down and they wake themselves up.

Yes I think it’s her belly button. I took her out and the other chicks were not being nice. She’s the smallest and isn’t getting around very well so I isolated her and have her some electrolytes and food. She ate. I had to make her drink. She is just kind of laying there. I sprayed her bellybutton with colloidal silver in case of infection and I am waiting a bit more before I worry too much.

She might perk up since she’s eaten and drank. I actually just went through something similar with a chick who had a bad hatch. I had to assist her too. She was getting picked on by her hatch mate and couldn’t eat because of it. She was on deaths door until I separated her and got her to eat and drink. I checked on her every two hours for two days and now she’s doing great. I hope you have the same outcome with your little chick.
