Sounds right. Another nice bird. Not the greatest layers and bossy at time but someone has to be in charge, right?
Agree #1 will probably be a cockerels. Just has that look. Hopefully, it's a floppy comb white leghorn

Absolutely could be. This is when pictures showing legs and comb are important. Combs are the same on both breeds but leg color is different. BR will have a grey wash on the front of the legs while the CM will have pinkish white legs. I'd much rather have a BR.

I can confirm the legs have a grey wash.

From what I can tell the comb appears to be a pea. So yes, I would say a brahma.
