I am new to chickens and bought a 1 week old Ameraucana just today. She seemed fine in the store and on the way home, and the other chick I bought her with is still fine. However, since putting them in the brooder the Amer. chick hasn't been as active as the other two chicks, presents almost like narcolepsy, and has runny light orange/pinkish but not bloody stool. She is eating and drinking fine, they have medicated feed, and she is as active as the others at times; unlike the others, though, she keeps laying down on the pine shavings with her neck stretched out and doesn't move for a time, almost like she is exhausted. Do I need to take her to the vet, and if so does anyone know an avian vet around Riverside, CA. Thank you.

this may be a dumb (insensitive?) question, but can you run her back down to the store right quick? Let them deal with it?
