New chick having problems

I just found one of my new chicks, born last Wednesday the 11th?, isn't getting up. She isn't really opening her eyes and is chirping a lot. Not walking either.

What can I feel her or mix in water?

Any electrolyte solution might help, but it's always a gamble.

Sav-a-chick, Nutri drench, etc.. Whatever they have at the feed store as a vitamin/electrolyte solution.

Sounds similar to my 2 week old Polish chick - she was fine until a couple of days ago, started using her wings to balance herself when she walks, not eating & drinking as much, and sleeping a lot more. She's a tiny one and I want to help her - could it be a vitamin deficiency?

Thank you. I'm trying now. She was better last night and up walking around today. She's back down again though. :-(
