1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I just started with chickens April 2020. I’ve wanted them all my life but just got three acres and my first coop.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
6 hens 1 rooster 1 Tom turkey 1 drake duck and 1 hen duck.
(3) What breeds do you have? White rock, brown leghorns, olive egger, RIR, and a mystery chicken.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
They are so entertaining and a stress reliever to sit and watch the shenanigans. Eggs are great too.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Jiu jitsu, Kali, and horseback riding
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I have one mule and 2 quarter horse mares, a red heeler, and a wiener dog mix. Ohh and my cat Aristotle.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
