Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do. 
My small chick order came in today.I've been waiting since Feb.So i got 2 bantam mottled cochins and a buff silkie.My poor wyandot(sp?)unfortunately didnt survive.Probably the heat.So 1 of the cochins wont stop pecking the beak of the other poor cochin.She finally drew blood.So i very carefully applied some blu kote.Didnt work.Then i put in a new colorful waterer to get her attn.Didnt work.So then i removed the paper towels so they are on bedding to keep her occupied.Didnt work.See how this is going? lol So please any suggestions will definately be appreciated...Thanks..
