I'm hoping someone can help. I went to the co-op today for a new chick to add to my flock and while there I spotted one who seemed to be having a hard time. They went ahead and gave it to me for free. This chick is only a few days old. It seems to have a neurological problem. It eats and drinks, but when she tries to walk she flips over and she has a constant head sway. When I googled possible answers linked w symptoms I got Newcastle disease and Marek's disease. But after watching videos of birds w both, they don't match what she's doing. She just had a constant head sway from side to side and chirps a lot. Even when she's trying to sleep. I've not noticed any sneezing or discharge or anything else to represent respiratory problems. Also does not match any examples of wry neck I've seen. Its a rhythmic side to side sway. Any ideas???
