Thanks for the reply. I was thinking that myself after some research but she was also making noise early yesterday morning with no egg and then again today with no egg but seemed to settle down about 2pm. So I am realy unsure.

Some of my girls have ADHD. 😆 They can't seem to settle down and lay, so they "sing" several times a day...it's always the noisy ones too.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.

I also have a crowing hen. Her crow is pretty pathetic compared to the boys. I have no idea why she does it but it's very rare to hear her. It think it's pretty neat. I've tried to video her crowing but no luck.
