I just had to share: Today I added the following to my chicken family (existing chicken family: mix of 4 & 5 wks Cochin banty, top hat, barred rocks):
3 Dorking mix pullets 6-8 wks old
1 black orpington hen 1 yr old
1 Dorking mix hen 5 months old
I am so excited! First ones in my new coop!!! (Existing babies are still in seperate brooder setup)
Also nervous about first night, hoping coop is nice and secure and nothing will scare them/they are warm enough
