New Chicken family

I have 15 Plymouth rock hens and 4. Rooster. They are about 32 weeks and I haven't got any eggs. Am I doing something wromg ?
Can withstand the rain and the cold?

By any chance could they be eating the eggs? People keep this breed up in frozen Canada so the Cali rain should not be an issue!

Possibly could be eating eggs but I always found at least a few piecs of egg shell around. You might check in and around your nests.
