I had a creature try and get in to the coop when I first got my Silkies. Well, I ended up washing my coop off. I don't know why I thought of it, but I just took some dawn in bucket of water, scrub down the outside. I also moved the coop over about 2 feet... I don't know if moving is an option... Worth a try. But what ever it was that was trying to get in, left a big mess on tne outside too, so thats why I washed it for the most part.
