this is my 1st post so i apologise if its in the wrong place

i had 3 new chickens today all is well with 2 of them (apart from some small fights with other chickens )
but the 3rd one has a strange lump on her back with very tiny feathers growing from it and she keeps trying to peck it , she is also the only bird that my other birds seem to dislike and she is getting chased by them all even though she is the biggest of the lot.

we also noticed that her bum is covered in poo

The lump you see is an oil gland, all chickens have it on their rump. When they preen themelves, watch them nibble on it and then preen their feathers.
As far as the poop on their rear end, you can soak it with an old washcloth using warm water and/or use scissors to cut it out, trim fluff and feathers for a more "clear shot" to the ground.

thank you so much, was really worried about it,!

time clean her bum then
