Hello, and welcome to BYC. Clean as frequently as necessary to keep odor down. That will vary depending upon age/size of birds and size of coop.

Great advice! I think I notice it more since I have them on the back porch under roof since our temp goes over 100+ they'll have a coop out in the yard but the heat is awful here. Trying to protect them while little. Guess that requires extra duties on my part Ugh !!!
