Can someone please tell me what breed the chicken in my profile pic is?

We need a better pic of the bird, sorry. Profile shot including legs and head is best. All I can say from this is a hatchery Red type hen--could be production red, hatchery RIR, or even red sex link if she has white tips and tail.

I see white in the tail so I'm going to say red sex-link.

I enlarged your photo. Yes, you have a pretty typical red sex-link hen there. Looks like a whole flock of them in the back ground. Very nice birds and excellent layers.
