Hello!
I'm a new chicken mama and enjoying my birds so far. It is fun seeing their personalities come out as they grow and seeing the differences in the different breeds.
I have 20, 10 week old chicks of various breeds. I got some male/female pairs of several breeds, some just pullets for laying and some meat birds. I want to provide eggs for my family, hopefully they'll start laying in January to early spring. With a wide mix, I know they'll all lay at different times. We also would like to raise for meat and not have to buy meat bird chicks but raise our own.
Thank you in advance for any help and knowledge you share.
