New Chicken Member

Hello, I'm new here and it's my first time raising chickens. I'm from Ontario, Canada. My current small flock consists of three hens: two Euskal Oiloas and a Barred Plymouth Rock. They were purchased together as pullets last year. I'm particularly fond of the heritage breeds and am hoping to learn more about them, their care and other breeds, in general. My Euskal Oiloas are very friendly and don't mind being picked up, whereas the Barred Plymouth Rock is a bit shy. I'm hoping to expand my flock with the addition of some day-old Bielefelders and Australorps chicks, within the next few months. I'm on a waiting list to purchase the Bielefelders from a local breeder, and I have yet to find an Australorp breeder.
