Hi Everyone!
I've been reading the posts and stealing ideas from this forum for a while now, so figured I should finally join, after a couple nights ago when I thought I should perhaps bathe my new "sick" auracana chicks bottom, and wondered how to do that.... sure enough, Google pointed me here to other people as crazy about their chickens as I am with a lively discussion on how best to clean caked diarhea off a baby chicks bottom and then reintroduce an isolated bird back to the flock... SO RELIEVED I am not the only one in they world interested in how to clean a baby chicks rear end so it gets fluffy again! And I live in Sweden, so am not even sure how I would ask a Swede in Swedish how to "refluff" a baby chicks butt!
Best to you all!
Krommerod
(PS This is my first time having chickens of my own after thinking about it for a very long time and reading every reference book I could find... now the proud Mamma of 3 Barred Plymouth Rocks, 3 Sussux, and 7 Auracanas, and enjoying them so much!)
