Introduced 2 new chickens today to my flock. The two new ones are a leg horn and a red sexlink. The leg horn is being a bully and picking the others to where they are afraid to go around her. The leg horn is a month older then my pullets. What should I do ?

When introducing new birds, I always take them and put them in the coop at night. Chickens are almost as if sedated at night and will not usually bother new birds. Then in the morning, they will all come out of the coop and a much less likely chance they will be regarded as intruders. Always offer separate sources of food and water so they won't be chased away from your only food source.

I'm brand new to leghorns myself. I actually just added two my flock of 6 the day before. Some of the birds from the existing flock tried to pick on them, but the new leghorns (6-7months) bowed up and defended themselves as if they already owned the place. Didn't take long for the bullying of them to be stopped... And they are new so they aren't trying to bulky the existing flock. Quite interesting. I'm thinking leghorns are definitely a good choice for a bird to add. Some breeds will get chased and pestered a lot. I added a SLW a while back and she almost couldn't get at the food.

Thanks for helping me out:) She already seems to be doing better with her new buddies, I greatly appreciate your responses.
