Sabir, so sorry your first venture into chicken-keeping has been so stressful for you. I am not that knowledgeable about chicken diseases so I really would encourage you to post in the emergencies/diseases section as the people who hang out there can probably help you more.

The puffy eyes and most of the other symptoms you mentioned sound like a respiratory illness, but the swollen legs does not fit with that. If it is respiratory, the antibiotics *may* help. The problem is, there are different respiratory strains and different antibiotics work on different strains so if you don't have the right medicine, it won't help at all.

Another possibility is that there are chicken diseases in the Philippines that we don't get here. Is there someone who lives close to you and keeps chickens that might be able to give you some more local advice?

I really hope you are able to save some of the remainder of the flock. Please do keep us updated on what you find out. I am intrigued to learn more about these two breeds as I have never heard of either of them before.
 
Unfortunately I can't give you any better advice, but I can certainly welcome you to the best place out there to learn everything you'd ever want to know about chickens!! :welcome

kailangan mong ihiwalay ang may sakit sa mga masisigla
try mo ilagay sa lutuan kung gumagamit kau ng panggatong na kahoy.
painitan mo lang at palagi mo painumin ng chilli extract and OHN.
change their drinking water 3x a day baka sa water mo yan.
Maintain cleanliness, change mo ang rice hull or sand every week.
